By order of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing and the Minister of Public Service and the Reform of the State dated 6 February 2002, is authorised for the year 2002 the opening of competitions for the recruitment of 2nd-class researchers and research directors of 2nd class of the central laboratory for the bridges and pavements of the Ministry responsible for the equipment and research laboratories of the State School of Public Works of the State.
The total number of posts available for competitions is set at 17. These positions are divided by grade and discipline as follows:

-geotechnical (LCPC/Paris) ;
-hydrodynamics and hydrometeorology (LCPC/Nantes);
-mechanical soils and engineering geology (LCPC/Paris);
-structural mechanics (LCPC/Paris);
-pavements (LCPC/Nantes);
-physical (CETE de l' Ouest/Angers) ;
-physical (LCPC/Paris);
-condensed matter physics (LCPC/Champs-sur-Marne);
-physical and mechanical (LCPC/Paris);
-rheology (LCPC/Paris);
-environmental sciences (LCPC/Nantes).
Research Managers 2nd class:
-mechanical engineering and material analysis (LCPC/Nantes);
-mechanical (LCPC/Nantes);
-soil mechanics, geotechnical (LCPC/Paris);
-recovery or management of research (LCPC).
Closing deadline Registration is scheduled for Friday, March 8, 2002.
The dates of the tests for the recruitment of officers and research directors and the composition of the admissions panel will be the subject of an order by the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing.

To receive a file by mail, please attach it to the Request an envelope, in the format 22.9 x 32.4 centimeters, labeled with your name and address and postage at EUR 1.75 indicating which contest you wish to register.
A default will not be sent.
Sending the Files
For all applicants, the application will be made on the form specifically established for these competitions.
The deadline for filing registration files is Friday 8 March 2002.
