The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Given Articles 52 to 55 of the Constitution;
Law No. 2005-492 of 19 May 2005 authorising the approval of the protocols implementing the Alpine Convention of 7 November 1991 in the field of the protection of nature and the maintenance of landscapes, spatial planning and sustainable development, forests Of mountain, energy, tourism, soil protection and transport;
In view of the amended Decree No. 53-192 of 14 March 1953 on the ratification and publication of international commitments entered into by France,
:

Article 1

The Protocol for the 1991 Alpine Convention in the field of " Mountain forests " ("protocol" Mountain forests "), done in Brdo on 27 February 1996, will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

Article 2

The The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
