Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-976 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of the Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity;
In light of Decree No. 2002-979 of 12 July 2002 on delegated powers to the Minister Delegate to the City and Urban Renewal;
In view of Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 The powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
In the light of the July 18, 2002 Order in Council for the delegation of signature;
In view of the amended Order of January 7, 1993, organization of management Financial affairs and general administration;
In view of the September 15, 1999 Order, the organization of the sub-directorates of the Directorate of Financial Affairs and Corporate Administration,
Décrète:
Article 4 of the Decree of 18 July 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 4. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Philippe Cèbe, Director of Financial Affairs and General Administration, of Mr Arnaud d' Escrivan, Head of Service, and of Mrs Marie-Thérèse Hansmannel, Deputy Director, Mr Gérard Chataigner, Civil administrator, Mr. Gilles Courtemanche, Chief Inspector of Maritime Affairs, Mr. Michel Tamain, Chief Treasurer of the State Treasury, and Ms. Thérèse Delrieu, an engineer in public works of the State, under the authority of Ms. Marie-Thérèse Hansmannel, delegation to sign, on behalf of the minister delegated to the city and urban renewal, all orders, decisions, orders of payment, transfer or delegation, payment orders, orders of receipts, coins Expenditure and revenue and other accounting and budgetary documents, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them, in respect of the city section of the budget of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity. "
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Minister Delegate to the City and Urban Renewal shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
