In view of the Council Directive 89 /106/EEC Of 21 December 1988 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products, as amended by Directive 93 /68/EEC of 22 July 1993;
Having regard to Decree No 92-647 Of 8 July 1992 concerning the suitability for the use of construction products, as amended by Decrees Nos. 95-1051 of 20 September 1995 and No. 2003-947 of 3 October 2003, Stop:
The provisions of the aforementioned Decree of 8 July 1992 shall apply from the date of publication of this Stopped on self-supporting metal plates for cover, bardages and partitions defined by NF EN 14782.

First time on the market before the end of the transitional period defined in the preceding paragraph and which do not comply with the provisions of the said decree may be marketed until 1 November 2008.
The Director General of Companies and the Director of Economic and International Affairs shall each be responsible for the execution of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
