ARRETE
Decree of 13 January 2004 extending an inter-professional agreement concluded within the framework of the Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL) and constituting an amendment to the agreement Interprofessional endive of December 10, 2002

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In view of Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 of the Council of 28 October 1996 on the common organisation in the fruit and vegetable sector;
In view of Article L. 632-3 of the new book VI of the Rural Code on interprofessional agricultural organisation;
In the light of the decree of 5 July 1976 on the recognition of the Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL);
In the light of the agreement of 19 November 2003 concluded by the professional organisations members of the Interprofessional Association of Fruit and Fresh vegetables (INTERFEL),
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the above interprofessional agreement endorsing the inter-professional agreement signed on 10 December 2002 and relating to the packaging of the endives concluded in the framework of the Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL), set out in the Annex to this Order (1), are extended for the same duration as the Agreement To all members of the professions making up this association.

Article 2


The Director of And the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Enforcement of Fraud shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
