ARRETE
Decree of 22 January 2004 amending the decree of 22 February 2002 fixing the bodies of assimilation for the award of the lump sum allowance for additional work to certain categories of staff of The central administration of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health, Family and Industry Persons with disabilities and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In light of Decree No. 2002-62 of 14 January 2002 on the lump sum allowance for supplementary administrative work
No. 2003-695 of 28 July 2003 amending Decree No 94-1020 of 23 November 1994 laying down common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of nurses in the medical services of the administrations of The State;
In view of the decree of 26 May 2003 fixing the annual average amounts of the flat-rate allowance for additional work by the central authorities;
In view of the amended decree of 22 February 2002 fixing the bodies of assimilation for The allocation of the lump-sum allowance for additional work to certain categories of staff in the central administration of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity,

In the assimilation table in Article 1 of the decree of 22 February 2002, the ranks of the nurses' corps of the medical services of the administrations of the State are amended as follows: :
The words: " Chief Nursing Officer " Are replaced by the words: " Senior Class Nurse ".
Words:" Nurse with gross index greater than 380 " Are replaced by the words: " Normal Class Nurse whose Gross Index Is greater than 380 ".
Grade" Primary Nurse " Is removed from the table.

Item 2

The Director of Administration Staff and budget and the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and People Persons with disabilities are responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
