DECRET
Signature Delegation Order of January 31, 2003

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
In view of the decree of 17 June 2002 Appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister for equipment, transport, housing, Tourism and the sea;
In light of the decree of 19 December 2002 appointing the Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs;
In view of the Order of 30 May 1997 amending the organisation of the Directorate of Maritime Transport, ports And the coastline;
In view of the amended Order of 30 May 1997 laying down the organisation of the sub-directorates in the offices of the Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Transport Directorate;
In view of the Ministerial Decision of 20 January 2003 on the delegation of Signature,
Describes:

Article 1


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, The delegation of signature provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 20 January 2003 is vested, within the limits of their duties, to Mrs Martine Bonny, Head of Service, to Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, and to Mr Jean-Baptiste Maillard, Civil administrator.

Article 2


In case of absence or incapacity by Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, ports Delegation is given to Mr. Christian Locq, Senior Central Administration Attaché, to Mr. Nicolas Péhau, Director of Maritime Affairs, Mrs. Marie-Sophie Dufau-Richet, Civil Administrator, and Ms. Annette Gogneau, attached To the effect of signing, within the limits of their powers and on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding orders.

Article 3


In the absence or prevention of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Marine, Ports and Coastal Transport, and Mr. Jean-Baptiste Maillard, civil administrator, delegation is given to Mr. Olivier Bramaud-Grattau, engineer of the bridges and pavements, and to Mr. Jean-Michel Abiven, a divisional engineer of public works of the State, to the effect of signing, within the limit of Their duties and on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 4


In the absence or incapacity of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Marine, Ports and Coastal Transport, Ms. Martine Bonny, Chief of Service, and Mr. Michel Meynet, Chief of Service, delegation shall be given to Mr Charles Bergano, a divisional engineer of public works of the State, to sign, within the limits of his powers and on behalf of the Minister for Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, other than decrees.

Article 5


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Ms Martine Bonny, Head of Service, and Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, Delegation was given to Ms Noëlle van der Hasselt, Head of Central Administration, to the effect of Sign, within the limits of its powers and on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 6


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Marine, Ports and Coastal Transport, Ms. Martine Bonny, Chief of Service, and Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, delegation is given to Mr Jacques Dupendant, contract agent, to sign, within the limits of his powers and on behalf of the Minister for Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, to Exclusion from Orders in Council, all acts, orders, decisions, delegations and notifications of program authorizations, as well as any supporting documents.

Article 7


The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
