In light of the amended December 31, 1993 Order, enabling the Minister of Defence to establish revenue authorities and imprest accounts with Any service or establishment under its authority;
In the light of the decree of 26 November 2003 establishing the establishment of revenue boards and sub-boards of imprest accounts and sub-imprest accounts with external services and establishments reporting From the Central Directorate of the Army Police Station,
