In the light of the decree of 3 March 1982 establishing the list of institutions and bodies for cultural or educational broadcasting dependent on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with financial autonomy, as amended by the amended Order of 30 April 1999;
In the light of the amended decree of 10 December 1993 entitling the Minister for Foreign Affairs to establish revenue authorities and Imprest accounts with certain institutions or cultural organizations,
Stop:
It is hereby established at the Institut français de coopération de Tunis For its antenna in Sousse a revenue authority for the collection of the products referred to in Article 1 of the Decree of 10 December 1993
It is hereby established with the Institut français de coopération de Tunis for its office in Sousse une imprest d' advance pour le payment des Expenses mentioned à Article 3 of the Order of 10 December 1993 referred to above.
The amount of the advance to be consented to the administrator shall be set at 1200 EUR.
The administrator may be authorized to open an account Local bank or postal mail (1).
The maximum amount allowed for cash and having the bank or postal account Administrator is set as follows:
Maximum cash amount: EUR 2 000;
Maximum amount of local account: 3 200 EUR.
The Ambassador of France in Tunisia is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will take effect from the date of installation of the Thickness and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic
