Mr. Claude Kupfer, Director of Performance and Financial and Real Estate Assessment, receives Permanent Delegation of the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms to sign:
1 ° The order of sub-division of appropriations by articles, orders, revenue orders and other accounting documents of the Ministry Internal security and local freedoms;
2 ° The orders concerning the compensation regime for personnel of all categories under the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms;
3 ° The orders relating to the imprest and revenue accounts, the orders relating to the appointment of the administrators and the orders for the remission of debts;
4 ° All acts, orders, decisions, accounting and administrative documents concerning the Construction or reservation of housing for police officers;
5 ° All acts, orders, decisions, accounting and administrative documents concerning the development and maintenance of prefectures and subprefectures ;
6 ° All acts, orders, decisions, accounting and administrative documents concerning the buildings of prefectures, sub-prefectures and those assigned to the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, as well as the Headquarters materials, within the limits of the responsibility of the management of the performance appraisal, and financial and real estate affairs;
