Importers are notified of the publication in the Official Journal of the Communities L 16 of 18 January 2002 of Commission Decision No 78 /2002/ECSC of 17 January 2002.
In accordance with that decision, the Community tariff quotas at zero duty open to imports of certain products Pursuant to Article 1 of Recommendation No. 1/64 of the High Authority, reproduced in the Annex, are renewed for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2002.
The management of these quotas is provided by the Commission
, as the Bureau E/2 of the Directorate-General for Customs and Indirect Rights is responsible for its follow-up.
These measures are applicable from 1 January 2002.
