ARRETE
Decree of 22 January 2002 amending the decree of 13 April 2001 laying down the rules of general organisation, the programme and the nature of the tests of the external and internal competitions for access to the body of the Specialized assistant librarians

The Minister of National Education and the Minister of Public Service and Reform of the State,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983, as amended. Civil servants' obligations, together with the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 92-30 of 9 January 1992 on the special status of the body of the Specialist assistant librarians;
In light of Decree No. 2001-327 of 13 April 2001 on exceptional recruitment procedures in the body of specialised assistant librarians, in particular Articles 2 and 3;
In view of the Order of 13 April 2001 laying down general organisational rules, the programme and the nature of the external and internal competitions for access to the body of specialised assistant librarians,
Stop:

Article 1

The second subparagraph of Article 3 of the Order of 13 April 2001 is replaced by the following provisions :
" The interview must make it possible to assess the professional experience of the candidate. "

Article 2

The Director of Administrative, Technical and Coaching Personnel is responsible for the execution of this Order, Which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
