ARRETE
Order of 26 January 2007 fixing the distribution of the seats of the staff representatives on the Joint Technical Committees and of the Health and Safety Committees placed with the first President of The Court of Auditors

The Prime Minister,
Given the Code of Financial Jurisdictions;
Under the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Together the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees;
In the light of Decree No. 82-453 On 28 May 1982 on hygiene and occupational safety and medical prevention in the civil service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 2006-1333 of 3 November 2006 establishing a Joint Technical Committee and a Committee Hygiene and safety with the first President of the Court of Auditors;
In view of the Order of 3 November 2006 establishing the composition of the Joint Technical Committee and of the competent health and safety committee with regard to administrative staff And techniques of the financial courts;
Having regard to the order of 13 May 1977 establishing a special joint technical committee with the first President of the Court of Auditors;
Having regard to the Order of 11 December 1991 establishing a Special health and safety committee with the first President of the Court of Auditors;
In the light of the decree of 10 September 1993 establishing a special joint technical committee of the regional and territorial chambers of the accounts with the First President of the Court of Auditors;
In view of the decree of 27 September 1993 establishing a special health and safety committee of the regional and territorial chambers of the accounts with the first President of the Court of Auditors ;
In view of the Order of 3 November 2006 laying down the procedures for the consultation of administrative and technical staff to determine the representativeness of the trade union organisations to be represented on the committees Joint technical and health and safety committees placed with the first President of the Court of Auditors;
Due to the minutes of the consultation organised on 21 December 2006;
On the proposal of the first President of the Court of Auditors Accounts,
Stop:

Article 1

The distribution of the seats of the representatives holding staff in the Joint Technical Committee established By the aforementioned decree of 3 November 2006 as follows:
-Union Force Workers (FO): 4;
-union Confédération française démocratique du travail (CFDT): 3;
-union Confédération générale du travail (CGT): 2 ;
-Central Administrative Autonomous Union (SPAC): 1.

Article 2

Seating distribution Representatives of the health and safety committee set up by the same decree shall be established as follows:
-union FO: 3;
-union CFDT: 2;
-union CGT: 1;
-union SPAC: 1.

Article 3

The distribution of seats of staff representatives on the Special Joint Technical Committee of the Court of Justice Accounts is set as follows:
-CGT union: 2;
-FO union: 1;
-CFDT union: 1.

Item 4

La Distribution of seats of staff representatives on the Court of Auditors' health and special safety committee is set as follows:
-union CGT: 2;
-union FO: 2;
-union CFDT: 1.

Article 5

The distribution of seats of the representatives holding staff on the Special Joint Technical Committee of the Chambers The regional and territorial accounts are set as follows:
-union FO: 5;
-union CFDT: 3;
-union CGT: 1;
-union SPAC: 1.

Article 6

The distribution of the seats of the representatives holding staff in the Health and Special Safety Committee of the Regional and Territorial Chambers of Accounts is set as follows: It follows:
-union FO: 4;
-union CFDT: 3;
-union CGT: 1;
-union SPAC: 1.

Item 7

Le Number of seats of alternate representatives assigned to each of the above trade unions listed is equal to the number of seats of the incumbent representatives assigned to them.

Article 8

Trade union organizations shall have one month, from the date of notification of this Order, to designate their representatives within the Various committees.

Article 9

The mandate of the members of the Joint Technical Committees and of the Health and Safety Committees Shall begin at the end of the period laid down in the preceding Article.

Article 10

The first President of the Court of Auditors shall be Command responsible for the execution of this Order.
