Decree of 12 January 2004 fixing for the calendar year 2004 the rates of the operating grant allocated to associations and bodies responsible for private agricultural education institutions Referred to in Article L. 813-8 of the Rural Code

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Section R. 813-38 of the Rural code,
Stop:

Article 1

Due to the conditions of schooling, the amount of the operating grant for the calendar year 2004 Is set at:
1 256 EUR per external student;
1 533 EUR per semi-resident and internal externalized;
2 264 EUR per internal student.

Item 2

The Director General of Education and Research at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
