Decree of 19 January 2007 extending an interprofessional agreement concluded under the Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL) and relating to truffles Fresh

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries,
Given Council Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 of 28 October 1996 Having a common organisation in the fruit and vegetable sector;
Given the rural code, in particular Article L. 632-3 of Book VI (new), relating to the interprofessional organisation of agriculture;
In view of the decree of 5 July 1976 on the Recognition of the Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL);
In view of the Agreement of 12 October 2006 concluded by the Professional Organisations members of the Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL) and relative to fresh truffles,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the abovementioned interprofessional agreement, relating to fresh truffles, concluded within the framework of The Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (INTERFEL), set out in Annex (1) of this Order, shall be extended for a period of three years to all members of the professions constituting that association
The preceding paragraph shall not extend the words of Article VI to read as follows: Or, as part of their duties, by the officers of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, and In particular the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention ".

Article 2


The Director General economic, European and international policies and the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Enforcement of Fraud shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
