DECRET
Decree of 24 January 2005 on delegation of signature (direction of information and communication systems)

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
In view of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 as amended Authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 concerning the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
Having regard to the decree of 18 September 2001 on Appointment of a director to the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms;
Given the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
Given the decree of 15 April 2004 as amended Delegating signature (direction of information and communication systems);
In view of the decree of 29 November 2004 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the decree of 18 September 2000 on the designation of persons Responsible for contracts awarded on behalf of the State by the Minister of the Interior;
Having regard to the Order of 26 January 2004 laying down the duties and organisation of the General Secretariat;
In view of the Order of 7 April 2004, as amended, Signature (Director of Information and Communication Systems),
Describes:

Article 1


Article 2 of the aforementioned decree of 15 April 2004 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Martine Juston, Deputy Director of the General Administration, the delegation of signature assigned to him shall be exercised, within the limits of her powers, by Mrs Marguerite de Tinguy du Pouët, Civil administrator. "

Item 2


Section 3 of the Order reads as follows:
" Art. 3. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Martine Juston and Mrs Marguerite de Tinguy du Pouët, the delegation of signature assigned to them shall be exercised, within the limits of their respective powers, by Mrs Fabienne Serina, attached Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of the Personnel and Training Office, Ms. Joseline Villeneuve, Senior Central Administration Officer, Head of the Office of Legal Affairs, and Mr. Patrick Delaporte, Senior Attaché Head of the Budget, Programming and Finance Office, directly under the authority of Martine Juston and Marguerite de Tinguy du Pouët. "

Article 3


The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
