ARRETE
Decree of 8 January 2003 amending the Decree of 23 September 1998 laying down detailed rules for the application of Decree No. 98-873 of 23 September 1998 on the award of a special allowance for Qualification to certain civil aviation technical personnel

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Minister of the Environment State reform and spatial planning,
In light of Decree No. 98-873 of 23 September 1998 on the award of a special special allowance for certain technical personnel of civil aviation;
Having regard to the Decree of 23 September 1998 laying down detailed rules for the application of Decree No. 98-873 of 23 September 1998 on the award of a special special allowance for certain technical personnel of civil aviation;
Vu The order of 8 July 1999 fixing the lists of air traffic control bodies,
Stop:

Article 1

Article 2 of the Order of 23 September 1998 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. - The rates of the Special Qualifying Allowance are set as follows:
" -personnel holding and exercising the qualification of first controller in air traffic control bodies classified in list 1 By the aforesaid order of 8 July 1999: 136 % of the amount corresponding to level 5 of the technical premium;
" -personnel holding and carrying out the qualification of first controller in air traffic control bodies Listed in List 2 by the decree of 8 July 1999 mentioned above: 80 % of the amount corresponding to the level 5 of the technical premium;
" -personnel holding and carrying out the qualification of radar approach controller or centre controller Regional overseas control: 45 % of the amount corresponding to the level 5 of the technical premium. "

Article 2

The Director General of Civil Aviation shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall take effect from 1 January 2003 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
