Order of 18 January 2002 designating persons responsible for contracts

The Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Given the market code, and in particular Article 20;
In view of Decree No. 98-1124 of 10 December 1998 on the organization of The central administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as amended by decrees No. 2001-673 of 25 July 2001 and No. 2002-35 of 7 January 2002;
Having regard to the order of 10 December 1998 concerning the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs modified by the Orders of 25 July 2001, 7 January and 14 January 2002,
Stop:

Item 1

Designated as persons responsible for the contracts of the Department of Foreign
: Director General of Administration;
Director General of International Cooperation and Development;
Director of French Abroad and Foreigners in France;
Director of Communication and Information ;
The Director of Archives;
Director of Military and Defence Cooperation;
The Humanitarian Delegate.
If the Director General of Administration is absent or unable to act:
The Director of Resources Human Resources;
The Director of Budgetary and Financial Affairs;
The Deputy Director of Deconcentration;
The Chief of the Equipment Department;
The Deputy Director, Real Property; and
The Chief of Systems Services Information and communication;
The Head of the Diplomatic Logistics Branch.
In the absence or inability of the Director General of International Cooperation and Development:
The Deputy Director General International Cooperation and Development;
Director of Development and Technical Cooperation;
Director of Cultural and French Cooperation;
Director of Scientific, Academic and Scientific Cooperation Research;
The Director of External Audiovisual and Communication Technologies.
In the event of the absence or prevention of the Director of the French abroad and foreign nationals in France:
The Deputy Director of the French Abroad and
In the absence or inability of the Director of Communications and Information:
The Deputy Director of Communications and Information.
In the event of absence or incapacity of the Director of Communications and Information Military and defence cooperation:
The head of the means department.
In the event of the delegate's absence or incapacity for humanitarian action:
The head of the administrative and financial department.

Article 2

The amended 11 January 2000 Order designating the persons responsible for contracts is repealed.

Article 3

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
