Vu The decree of 27 December 1999 laying down the list of subjects in which a practical pedagogical test is organised pursuant to Article 12 of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 on the status of teaching and hospital staff of the Hospital and university centres for dental care, teaching and research,
Stop:
University-Hospital-Practitioner Conference Master's jobs in care, education, and Of dental research designated in the list annexed to this Order (Annex I) shall be declared vacant and may be filled in the following conditions.
University-medical practitioners' conference masters in dental care, teaching and research centres who meet the condition Of the seniority provided for in Article 8 of the Decree of 24 January 1990 may request their transfer to the jobs listed in Annex I under the conditions defined below.
Within twenty-one days of publication in the Official Journal of this Order, candidates for deployment must address the Director of the Training Unit and Odontology research and the Director General of the University Hospital Centre:
-a transfer request made in accordance with the template given in Annex III (downloadable from http://www.education.gouv.fr under " Administrative forms) ;
-a detailed curriculum vitae;
-a list of their titles and jobs.
Applicants, within the same timeframe, send a copy of the application letter and curriculum vitae:
-on the one hand, to the Ministry of National Education (DPE D5, Office of Health Personnel), 61-65, rue Dutot, 75732 Paris Cedex 15;
-on the other hand, to the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity (direction of hospitalization and organization of care, office M2), 8, avenue de Ségur, 75350 Paris Cedex 07.
At the end of the period laid down in Article 3 of this Order, it is made Application of the following procedure:
For each job to be filled:
-the director general of the university hospital centre immediately submits the application (s) received to the medical school board that meets in Limited training limited to hospital-university personnel performing duties at least equivalent to those to which the applicant applies;

Persons of French nationality and nationals of the Member States of the European Union or of other States Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area may Submit their applications to the competitions for the recruitment of conference masters from the hospital-medical, teaching and dental research centres, organised pursuant to Article 9 of the decree of 24 January 1990 Above (cf. Annex II) under the following conditions:
Candidates must be at least forty-five years of age as of 1 January of the year in which the competition is held and, at the closing date of the Applications, meet the following conditions:
1 ° Be the holder of one of the following degrees:
-PhD under Article 16 of the Law of 26 January 1984 on Higher Education;
-Advanced Studies Diploma;
- Enabling to conduct research or doctorate of state;
-degree of study and research in human biology;
-diploma in studies and research in odontological sciences or titles and works accepted as equivalent to this diploma, before the 30 September 1985, for the preparation of the doctorate of state in odontology;
-doctorate in third cycle;
-foreign diplomas and titles that allow access to teaching-researcher functions of the same rank in institutions Of higher education in the country in which they are issued. Candidates must provide to this effect a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France that expressly certifies that the diploma or title obtained in that country by the person concerned provides access to the functions of a teaching-scientist of the same rank Those entrusted to the lecturers of the university-medical practitioners of hospitals in the centres of dental care, teaching and research in the higher education institutions of the country concerned. Application files that do not include this certificate cannot be declared admissible;
2 ° Have been employed for at least two years as teaching hospital assistant at the centres of care, teaching and research Dental or university-odontologist assistant for dental consulting and treatment services.
The Candidatment File is addressed, preferably in the form of a simple recommended submission, no later than 22 February 2002, at midnight (postmark), to the Ministry of National Education (Office of the Organization for the Recruitment of Staff of higher education, DPE E 3), 110, rue de Grenelle, 75357 Paris Cedex 07 SP.
The folder of Applications must include the following documents:
a) A nomination paper prepared on the model of Schedule IV;
b) Photocopy of the national identity card or, failing that, a certificate of nationality;
c) Photocopy of the Diplomas (for foreign degrees and diplomas: certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France);
(d) Administrative certification showing the duration of the duties required to present themselves, copies of the appointment orders;
(e) A detailed curriculum vitae;
(f) Two envelopes of format 162 x 229 mm, written at the address of the candidate and cleared at the current rate;
(g) For candidates who wish to be registered in a hospital discipline Different from academic discipline, an application written on a free paper setting out the title of the academic and hospital disciplines considered (the academic discipline is the one indicated on the nomination paper) and Tending to have that hospital discipline in the light of their names in the event of entry on the list of admission referred to in Article 12 of the Decree of 24 January 1990; only those candidates registered in the field of hospital discipline May apply for jobs with reference to this discipline at the hospital level;

For the purposes of Articles 9 and 10 of the Decree of 24 January 1990 The date of commencement of the tests shall be March 25, 2002.
Candidates in a discipline whose job at least has been filled by transfer shall be notified, by individual letter, of the decrease in the number of jobs offered, The elimination of the competition if all the jobs offered were filled by transfer. In the latter case, the application is automatically cancelled.
Candidates who wish to withdraw their applications may do so before the date fixed for the start of the tests, exclusively by registered letter, to the office that registered Registration.
The list of candidates authorised to compete shall be drawn up jointly by the Minister of Employment and Solidarity and the Minister of National Education.
Candidates who are allowed to compete are required to Arrive directly, on a date and at the addresses indicated to them:
