Having regard to the decree of 27 December 1999 laying down the list of subjects in which a practical pedagogical test is organised pursuant to Article 12 of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 on the status of teaching staff And hospital care, teaching and dental research centres in hospital and university centres,

University-Hospital-Practitioner Conference Master's jobs in care, education, and Of dental research designated in the list annexed to this Order (Annex I) shall be declared vacant and may be filled in the following conditions.
The conference masters of hospital-based university-practitioners in dental care, teaching and research centres who meet the condition Of the seniority provided for in Article 8 of the Decree of 24 January 1990 may request their transfer to the jobs listed in Annex I under the conditions set out below.
Within twenty-one days after the date of publication in the Official Journal of this Order, candidates for deployment must address the Director of the Training Unit And the research of dentistry and the director general of the university hospital centre:
-a request for transfer, which can be downloaded from the website http://www.education.gouv.fr under " Administrative forms " ;
-one Detailed curriculum vitae;
-a list of their titles and work.
Applicants, within the same timeframe, send a copy of the letter of application and curriculum vitae:
-to the Department of National Education, Higher education and research, DPE B12 (office of health personnel), 34, rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris;
-on the other hand, in the Ministry of Health and Solidarity, direction of hospitalization and the organization of care (Bureau M 2), 8, avenue de Ségur, 75350 Paris Cedex 7.
At the expiration of the time limit set out in Article 3 of this Order, it Application of the following procedure:
For each job to be filled:
-the director general of the university hospital centre immediately submits the application (s) received to the medical school board that is Unites in limited training to hospital-university personnel performing duties at least equivalent to those to which the applicant applies;

Persons of French nationality and nationals of Member States of the European Union or other States Parties To the Agreement on the European Economic Area may apply to the competitions for the recruitment of conference masters of the hospital-medical practitioners of the centres of dental care, teaching and research, organised in Application of Article 9 of the aforementioned decree of 24 January 1990 (cf. Annex II), under the following conditions:
Candidates must be at least forty-five years of age as of 1 January of the year in which the Session of the competition and, on the closing date of the applications, meet the following conditions:
1 ° Be the holder of one of the following degrees:
-doctorate provided for in Article 16 of the Law of 26 January 1984 on Education Higher;
-comprehensive study degree;
-leading research or doctoral degree in the state;
-degree of study and research in human biology;
-diploma in studies and research in dentistry Or titles and works accepted as equivalent to this diploma, before September 30, 1985, for the preparation of the doctorate of State in odontology;
-doctorate in third cycle;
-diplomas and foreign titles which allow access to functions A teacher-researcher of the same rank in the higher education institutions of the country in which they are issued. Candidates must provide to this effect a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France that expressly certifies that the diploma or title obtained in that country by the person concerned provides access to the functions of a teaching-scientist of the same rank Those entrusted to the lecturers of the university-medical practitioners of hospitals in the centres of dental care, teaching and research in the higher education institutions of the country concerned. Application files that do not include this certificate cannot be declared admissible;
2 ° Have been employed for at least two years as teaching hospital assistant at the centres of care, teaching and research Dental or university-odontologist assistant for dental consulting and treatment services.
The Candidatment File shall be sent, preferably with a simple recommendation (without notice of receipt), no later than 17 February 2006 at midnight (postmark), at the Ministry of National Education, of education Superior and research (Office of the organization of recruitment of higher education staff, DPE A 10), 110, rue de Grenelle, 75357 Paris 07 SP.
The application package must include the following documents:
a) A nomination form, which can be downloaded from the website http://www.education.gouv.fr under " Administrative forms " ;
b) A photocopy of the national identity card or, failing that, a certificate of nationality;
c) A photocopy of the diplomas (for foreign degrees and diplomas: a certificate from the embassy of the country Considered in France);
d) An administrative certificate showing the duration of the duties required to present, a copy of the appointment orders;
e) A detailed curriculum vitae;
f) Two envelopes of size 162 x 229 mm, At the address of the applicant and cleared at the current rate;

The Director of Personnel Teachers and the director of hospitalisation and the organisation of care shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published as well as its annexes in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
