DECRET
Signing delegation order of January 21, 2004

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Culture and Communication,
In light of Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, amended authorizing ministers to Delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 82-394 of 10 May 1982 amending the organization of the Ministry of Culture;
In light of Decree No. 2002-898 of 15 May 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Culture and of the Ministry of Culture Communication;
Given the amended Order in Council of May 28, 2002;
Given the June 17, 2002, Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
Given the Government's composition of June 17, 2002;
Vu The January 16, 2004 signing delegation order,
Describes:

Article 1


In case of absence or incapacity of Ms. Martine Marigeaud, Director of General Administration, Delegation is Provided, under the same conditions, to Ms. Sylviane Tarsot-Gillery, Head of Service.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Martine Marigeaud and Ms. Sylviane Tarsot-Gillery, delegation is given under the same conditions and within the limits of Their duties, to Mr Philippe Geffré, Head of Service, to Ms Isabelle Maréchal, Deputy Director, to Mr Jean-Pierre Dalbéra, Research Engineer, and to MM. Bruno Mannoni and Paul Tolila, Contract Agents.

Article 2


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Sylviane Tarsot-Gillery, Delegation is given, under the same conditions and within the limits of their duties, to Mr. Julien Anfruns, Civilian Administrator, to Mr. François Laurent and Ms. Isabelle Blanchard and Danielle Fournier, Senior Headquarters Attachments, And to Ms Emmanuelle Bourret and Ms Agnès Duteil, central administrative staff.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Danielle Fournier, delegation is given, under the same conditions and within the limits of her duties, to Ms. Isabelle Reynaud, head of central administration.

In case of absence or incapacity of Mr Philippe Geffré, delegation is Provided, under the same conditions and within the limits of their duties, to Ms. Geneviève Rialle-Salaber and Ms. Catherine Toussaint, Ms. Florence Ibarra and Mr. Fabrice Benkimoun, civilian administrators, Ms. Françoise Huault and Mr. Jean-Louis Pastor and Sébastien Bonnard, senior members of the central administration, Mrs Marie-Renée Courty and Mr Patrice Ducher, principal attachés of the decentralised services, Mrs Sophie Perdrial, Isabelle Avon and Mr Christian Brossard, Central Administrative Attachments, and Ms. Danièle El Kaim and Ms. Amal Lahlou-Loubatières, contracting officers.

Item 4


In case The absence or incapacity of Mrs Isabelle Maréchal, delegation is given, under the same conditions and within the limits of their powers, to Mrs Catherine Meyer-Lereculeur, civil administrator, and to Mr Stéphane L' Host, contractor.

Article 5


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Jean-Pierre Dalbéra, delegation is given under the same conditions and within the limits of His duties, to Christine Richet, a research engineer.

Article 6


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Paul Tolila, Delegation is given, under the same conditions and within the limits of its powers, to Mr. Gilbert Labelle, principal central administrative officer.

Section 7


Sections 3 to 9 of the May 28, 2002, Order are repealed.
