Decree of 22 January 2004 amending the decree of 22 September 2000 establishing joint administrative committees at the Court of Auditors

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
Due to Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In the light of Decree No. 82-451 of 28 May 1982 as amended relating to the Joint Administrative Committees;
In view of Decree No. 89-57 of 31 January 1989 laying down the special status of the Court of Auditors and the regional chambers of the accounts of the Court of
; Decree No. 90-714 of 1 August 1990 concerning common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of professional workers of the State administrations and to the bodies of master workers of the administrations of the State;
In the light of Decree No. 90-715 of the 1 August 1990 as amended on the common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of technical services officials of the administrations of the State;
Having regard to the decree of 22 September 2000 establishing joint administrative committees at the Court of Auditors;
On the proposal of the first President of the Court of Auditors,

Item 2

The Joint Administrative Commission No. 3 in exercise on the date of publication of this Order will continue to function until the normal expiration of its members' mandate.

Article 3

The Director of Personnel, Modernisation and Administration and the first President of the Court of Auditors are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, Of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
