Decree No. 2004-78 of 21 January 2004 on the indemnification of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary-General, members and staff of the High Council for the Future of Insurance Disease

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health, Family and Disability, Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amending the rights and obligations of civil servants, together Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;

Within the limits of the appropriations available to this effect to the general services budget of the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled persons, under the High Council for the Future of Health Insurance, May benefit from the allowances and reimbursements provided for in this Order:
a) The President;
b) The Vice-Chairperson;
c) The Secretary General;
d) Members other than Parliamentarians and representatives of the State;
e) Collaborators owned or not by administration.

The allowances allocated respectively to the President and Vice President of the High Council for the Future of Health Insurance have a flat and monthly character.

The allowances that can be allocated to members of the High Council are of a lump sum.
These allowances are allocated for each effective attendance at Council meetings.

The High Council reimburses employers of its members who are employed as wage earners to enable them to perform their duties during working time as well as Benefits and related social charges.
Members who are self-employed may receive compensation for loss of earnings.

The allowances that can be allocated to employees are flat-rate and their amount is fixed by the President of the High Council for the Future of Insurance Illness based on the time required for the preparation of the study and its complexity.
