ARRETE
Decree of 9 January 2004 on the extension of an amendment to the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded within the framework of the National Committee of the Charentes.

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and Minister Delegate to Budget And budgetary reform,
In view of Articles L. 632-1 to L. 632-11 of the Rural Code relating to agricultural interprofessional organisations;
In view of Decree No. 45-2352 of 12 October 1945 on the recognition of the pinwater of the Charentes
In view of the Decree of 10 January 2001 on the recognition as an interprofessional organization of the National Committee of the Spinching of Charentes;
In view of the three-year inter-professional agreement concluded on 28 September 2001 by Interprofessional organizations of the National Committee of Charentes,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the amendment concluded on 15 October 2003 (1) amending the three-year interprofessional agreement referred to above, Relating to the amount of inter-professional dues intended to finance the operating expenditure of the National Committee of the Charentes and the expenditure on the collective recovery of the pineau des Charentes or pineau charentais and Completion or purchase of economic and technical studies, are extended to all winegrowers, cooperatives and traders who market the pinwater of Charentes or Pineau charentais, in or from the production area defined in the decree

Item 2


The Director General, Economic and International Policy, the Director General Competition, consumption and the suppression of fraud, the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
