Decree of 30 December 2005 on the experiment of budgetary and accounting instruction M. 61 by the Mayotte Fire and Relief Service

Vu The code of the financial courts;
Given the general code of the local authorities;
Given the Act No. 2001-616 of 11 July 2001 on Mayotte;
In view of Order No. 2005-1045 of 26 August 2005 on the organization and the The operation of the fire and rescue service and the development of volunteerism in the Mayotte Fire Department;
In light of Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 amending the General Regulation on Public Accounts, In particular, items 4, 50, and 52,
Stop:

Article 1

The fire and rescue service of Mayotte is experimenting with the provisions of The budgetary and accounting instruction Mr 61 applicable to the departmental fire and rescue services.

Article 2

The Director And the Director General of Public Accounts shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
