Notice with respect to a decision approving the approval of the clause 5 to the constitutive agreement d' a public interest grouping

By decision of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education And the Research and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry of 1 December 2004, Amendment No 5 to the Convention establishing the Public Interest Grouping " RENATER " Is approved.

Members

The public interest group named " RENATER " Consists of the State represented by the ministries responsible for national education and research, the Office of the Commissioner Atomic energy, the National Centre for Space Studies, the National Centre for Scientific Research, the National Institute for Computer and Automatic Research, the National Institute of Agronomic Research, the Centre for Cooperation The National Institute of Health and Medical Research, the BRGM, the Centre national du machinisme agricole, du génie rural, des eaux et des forêts and the Institut de recherche pour le Development.

Duration

The grouping is extended for a period of four years until February 3, 2009.
