Decree No. 2004-64 of 16 January 2004 on the elimination and creation of jobs in the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms

On the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms and the Minister of the Economy, Financial and Industry,
In accordance with Order No. 59-2 of 2 January 1959 concerning the Organic Law on the Laws of Finance, as amended by Organic Law No. 71-474 of 22 June 1971 and No. 95-1292 of 16 December 1995, in particular Article 1 thereof;
In view of the financial law for 2004 (n ° 2003-1311 of 30 December 2003), together with Decree No. 2003-1327 of 30 December 2003 on the allocation of appropriations under the financial law for 2004;
The Council of State (Finance Section) ;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1
Is deleted in chapter 31.01 of the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms as a Director General of Central Administration.

Is created in chapter 31.01 of the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms a job as Secretary-General of the Ministry (group off-scale F).

The Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Reform Budget shall each be responsible for the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
