ARRETE
Decree of 31 December 2002 on the fixing of the K coefficient of certain liquoreux liqueur wines as a controlled origin of the 2002 harvest

Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, Minister Delegate to Budget and Budget Reform and Secretary of State for Small and Medium Sized Business, Commerce, Handicrafts, Professions, and Consumption,
Given the General Tax Code;
Due to the Customs Code;
Due to the Rural Code;
Due to the Consumer Code;
Given Decree No. 74-958 of 20 November 1974 amended relating to the fixing of the limit ceiling for the classification of wines with a controlled designation of origin;
In view of Decree No. 87-854 of 22 October 1987 on the auctionagement and performance of vineyards on farms Producing wines, natural sweet wines and liqueur wines with an appellation of origin;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1325 of 5 November 2002 on the conditions of production and performance of vineyards producing wines with designations of origin Controlled;
Given the proposal of the National Wine and Lifesales Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin on 4 and 5 September 2002,
Stop:

Article 1


Exceptionally, for the 2002 harvest, the K coefficient provided for in Article 4 of the definition decrees Controlled appellations of origin " Bag "," Sauternes "," Loupiac "," Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, " Cadillac " And " Let's hope " And Article 6 of the decrees for the definition of controlled appellations of origin " Monbazillac " And " Pacherenc-du-Vic-bilh " Shall be fixed for such appellations in accordance with the table annexed to this Order.

Article 2


The Director of Economic Policy and To the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
