Decree of 9 January 2007 amending the decree of 21 December 2006 on the declaration of vacancies for university-medical practitioner leclecturer offered for transfer and recruitment to the Title of the year 2007 and laying down the terms of application

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Minister of Health and Solidarity,
Given the Public Health Code, Articles R. 6152-1 to R. 6152-99;
In light of the amended Decree No. 84-135 of 24 February 1984 on the status of teaching and hospital staff in hospital and university centres, and in particular Title III, Chapter II;
Vu Decree n ° 86-10 of 3 January 1986 laying down the conditions for the cooperation of hospital and university staff;
Having regard to the order of 2 January 1986 laying down the conditions under which candidates of foreign nationality may Be allowed to participate in the competitions referred to in Articles 48 and 61 of Decree No. 84-135 of 24 February 1984;
In the light of the decree of 17 September 1987, as amended laying down the procedure for the recruitment of teachers from hospital-medical practitioners and Lecturers of hospitals-hospital practitioners;
In view of the decree of 26 January 1993 amending the list of disciplines in which a practical pedagogical test is organised pursuant to Article 52 of Decree No. 84-135 of 24 February 1984 amended on the status of teaching and hospital staff in hospital and university centres;
In the light of the decree of 18 December 2006 on the equivalence or exemption of certain diplomas required for the Recruitment of teaching staff and hospital staff in hospital and university centres and dental care, teaching and research centres;
In view of the decree of 21 December 2006 on the declaration of the vacancy of a master Conferences of hospital-based university-practitioners offered for deployment and recruitment for the year 2007 and setting out the terms of application,
