Decree of 3 January 2006 authorizing the Ecole supérieure pour le développement économique et social de Lyon (ESDES) to confer the degree of master on the degree holders referred to by the minister responsible for teaching Top

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
Given the code of education, and in particular articles L. 443-2 and L. 641-5;
In light of Decree No. 99-747 Of 30 August 1999 as amended concerning the creation of the degree of master, and in particular Article 2, paragraph 4;
Having regard to Decree n 2001-295 of 4 April 2001 amending the establishment of the Evaluation Commission for Management Training and Diplomas;
Vu The decree of 8 March 2001 on diplomas awarded by the private and consular institutions recognised by the State;
In view of the decree of 19 August 2005 authorising the Ecole supérieure pour le développement économique et social de Lyon to issue a diploma referred to by the Minister responsible for higher education;
In view of the opinion of the Evaluation Commission of 14 March 2005;
In view of the opinion of the National Council of Education Top and search date of October 17, 2005,

Item 1

Effective September 1, 2005, the degree of master is conferred upon the graduates of the higher school For the economic and social development of Lyon (ESDES) for a period of one year.

Article 2

The Director of Education Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
