Summary

The new index bonus (NBI), the principle of which is set out in the Memorandum of Understanding on the renovation of the classification and remunerations of the three public functions of 9 February 1990, is Translated by a supplement of remuneration expressed in index points and awarded as of 1 August 1991 to persons occupying certain positions of high responsibility or technical nature. This enhancement of the index is taken into account in the calculation of the retirement pension (Law 91-73 art. 27, Law 90-1241 art. 10). The scheme provides for 5 annual instalments from 1991 to 1995. The first three tranches (1991-1992- 1993) were put in place by Decree 99-614 of 8 July 1999.II agreed to award the last two tranches (1994-1995) to the soldiers of the Marseille Firefighters Battalion to carry out The corresponding expenditure has already been recorded in the budget of the city of Marseille and the payment authorised by a municipal order of 21 June 2000.Replacement of the Annex to Decree 99-614 of 08-07-1999.Entrance to Strength: 01-08-1994.

In view of the Civil and Military Pension Code;
In the light of Law No. 72-662 of 13 July 1972, as amended with general status
the light of Law No. 91-73 of 18 January 1991, and in particular Article 27, as amended by Article 10 of Law No. 91-1241 of 13 December 1991, concerning provisions relating to public health and social
; Decree-Law of 29 July 1939 establishing the Battalion of the Marseilles Firefighters;
In the light of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948, amending the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of the civil and military personnel of the State Under the general pension scheme;
Having regard to Decree No. 57-177 of 16 February 1957, as amended, amending Decree No. 55-866 of 30 June 1955 as amended to restore the salaries and balances of the civil and military personnel of the State ;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-1105 of 23 December 1982 on Public Service Indices;
