Decree of 13 December 2004 establishing the list of trade union organisations empowered to appoint staff representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Employment Social cohesion and competence for labour services, employment and vocational training and the number of seats allocated to each of them.

The Minister for Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion,
In view of Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, in particular Articles 12 and 15;
Having regard to Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982, as amended by Decree No. 84-956 of 25 October 1984, relating to the Joint Technical Committees, In particular its Articles 8 and 11;
In view of the decree of 23 February 1996 establishing a Central Joint Technical Committee at the central administration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and competent for labour services, of Employment and vocational training;
In view of the decree of 11 August 2004 laying down the procedures for a consultation of staff in order to determine the trade unions' organisations to be represented on the Joint Technical Committees of the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Ministry of Family and Children and the Ministry of Parity and Gender Equality;
In view of the Order of 19 August 2004 Fixing the dates for the consultation of staff in order to determine the trade union organisations to be represented on the joint technical committees of the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, of the Ministry of Health and social protection, the Ministry of Family and Children's and the Ministry of Parity and Gender Equality;
In view of the results of the consultation of the staff of 23 November 2004,
Stop:

Article 1

The list of trade unions entitled to appoint staff representatives to the Technical Committee The central parity of the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion for the labour, employment and vocational training services and the number of seats allocated to each of them shall be
follows: CFDT: 3 titular representatives and 3 alternate representatives;
CGT: 4 titular representatives and 4 alternate representatives;
FO: 1 titular representative and 1 alternate representative;
UNSA: 1 titular representative and 1 Alternate Representative;
SNU TEF/FSU: 1 incumbent representative and 1 alternate representative.

Item 2

Organizations Of trade unions referred to in Article 1 shall appoint their representatives, holders and substitutes, within one month before the expiry of the previous term of office or before 18 March 2005.

Article 3

The Director of General Administration and Service Modernization is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
