ARRETE
Decree of 7 January 2004 fixing the amount of the activity premium allocated to the head of the service and to the members of the general inspectorate of youth and sports

Minister of Sport, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning And the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform,
In the light of Decree No. 2004-39 of 7 January 2004 giving an activity grant to the Head of Service and the members of the General Inspectorate of Youth and Sports,
Stop:

Item 1
The average annual amounts of the activity premium provided for in Article 1 of the aforementioned Decree of 7 January 2004 shall be fixed as follows:
1st Class Inspector General: € 23,782;
Inspector General of 2nd class: 18,294 EUR.

The annual amount of the premium provided for in Article 4 of the decree of 7 January 2004 is set at EUR 38 112.

The Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Director General of Administration and the Public Service of the Department of Public Service, the reform of The State and Development of the Territory and the Director of Personnel and Administration in the Ministry of Sport shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall take effect as from 1 January 2004 and shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
