Vu la loi n ° 83-634 du 13 juillet 1983 Modified portant droits et obligations des bureaucrats, ensemble la loi n ° 84-16 du 11 janvier 1984 Modified Laying down statutory provisions relating to the civil service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amending the hierarchical classification of the ranks and posts of the civil and military personnel of the State under the control of the State General of pensions;
Having regard to Decree No. 50-196 of 6 February 1950 on certain allowances in central administrations;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-53 of 10 January 2002 on the special status of the body of the general inspection of the Youth and sports;
In light of Decree No. 2002-901 of 15 May 2002 on the powers of the Minister for Sport,
Décrète:
Within the limits of appropriations for this purpose, an activity premium may be awarded to the members of the body of the general inspection of youth and sports, under the conditions laid down in the Articles Next.
The annual average amount by grade of the premium provided for in section 1 above shall be determined by joint order of the Minister responsible for the Budget, the Minister responsible for the Public Service and the Minister responsible for the Sports.
The amount of the bonus allocated to each beneficiary shall be determined on the basis of his or her service and contribution to the work of the general inspection of youth and sports, within the limit of 150 % of the Average annual amount per rank fixed by the joint order referred to in section 2 of this Order.
Within the limits of appropriations for this purpose, the Head of the General Inspectorate of Youth and Sport shall be granted an activity premium, the amount of which shall be fixed by joint order of the Minister Responsible for the budget, the minister responsible for the public service and the minister responsible for sports.
The activity premiums referred to in Articles 1 and 4 of this Decree shall not be combined with the performance award instituted by the aforementioned Decree of 6 February 1950 and the lump sum allowance for work Additional to central administration staff.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the Minister of State and Spatial Planning, the Minister of Sport, and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and to Budgetary reform, each of which is responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which takes effect from 1 January 2004 and which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
