Decree of 10 December 2002 applying to certain staff in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, in the mining schools, at the ANIFOM, to the Regulatory Commission Electricity, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Competition Council of Decree No. 2002-60 of 14 January 2002 on hourly allowances for additional work

Incumbents and non-duty holders of public law in accordance with the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, in the mining schools, at the ANIFOM, to the Regulatory Commission The electricity, the telecommunications regulatory authority and the Competition Council shall be eligible for the system of hourly allowances for further work, taken pursuant to the aforementioned Decree of 14 January 2002, Article 2 (I, 1 °) and 2 (III, 1 °), for the performance of the following functions:
