Summary


Decree 2000-815 of 25 August 2000, and in particular Article 8 thereof, provides for the possibility of establishing durations equivalent to the legal term, by decree taken after the opinion of the Higher Council of the State Civil Service for the Bodies or jobs whose missions involve a period of time greater than the actual working time defined in Article 2 of that Decree, and fixed for an annual period of up to 1600 hours. Presence of reception and monitoring staff in establishments reporting to the Ministry of Youth and Sports at: - 1903 hours per year and by agent, when the officers are in double duty, - 1723 hours per year and by agent, when Officers exercise in a simple position, these durations being equivalent to 1600 hours. These provisions are justified by the fact that the workers' staff responsible for the reception and the day before in the establishments of this Ministry (centres of education Public and youth, schools and institutes) shall, by virtue of their functions, be subject to a time of presence above the working time applicable to other administrative, labour, technical and service personnel in accordance with the same Institutions.
