ARRETE
Order of 23 December 2005 amending the list of medicinal specialities approved for use by the communities and various public services

The Minister of Health and Solidarity,
Given the Social Security Code;
Due to the Public Health Code;
In view of the general tax code, including: Article 281 octies;
In light of Decree No. 82-253 of 16 March 1982 applying Articles L. 618 and L. 619 (L. 5123-2 and L. 5123-3) of the Public Health Code;
Seen in the opinion of the Transparency Commission,

Item 1


List of Certified Pharmaceutical Specialties for Community Use and Various Utilities is Changed In accordance with the provisions set out in the Annex.

Article 2


The Director General of Health and the Director of Security Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published and its annex to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
