ARRETE
Decree of 29 December 2006 adopted for the purposes of the year 2007, in the national police, of the provisions of Article 6 of Act No. 2004-626 of 30 June 2004 on solidarity for The autonomy of the elderly and persons with disabilities

Minister of State, Minister of Interior and Spatial Planning,
In the light of Act No. 84-16 of January 11, 1984, as amended to include statutory provisions relating to the Public service of the State;
In view of Act No. 2004-626 of 30 June 2004 on solidarity for the autonomy of the elderly and disabled persons, in particular Article 6 thereof;
Having regard to Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 concerning The organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior and decentralisation, in particular Articles 1 and 5;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of working time In the Public Service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 2006-1088 of 30 August 2006 concerning the organisation of internal security services within diplomatic missions abroad;
Having regard to the Order of 6 June 2006 General Regulation Employment of the National Police, in particular Articles 113-32, 113-33, 123-17 and 133-25;
In the opinion of the Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Interior and Spatial Planning of 20 December 2006;
On the Proposal by the Director General of the National Police,

Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of this Order shall apply to all employees and non-incumbent agents Under the Act of 11 January 1984 referred to above and affected:
-in the Directorates and Services referred to in the c of Article 1 and in Articles 1 and 2 of Article 5 of the Decree of 2 October 1985 referred to above;
-in the territorial services which Are attached;
-in the national police services under the authority of the police prefect,
, the whole of which is the national police force.

Article 2


As from 1 January 2007 and for the calendar year, the day of solidarity referred to in Article 6 of the aforementioned Law of 30 June 2004 shall be fixed for the staff referred to in Article 1 above of the present Arrested, with the exception of those assigned to internal security services at diplomatic missions abroad, as follows:
-for personnel subject to the weekly working arrangements referred to in Article 113-32 of the General Rules of Employment of the National Police, by amputation of one day of the annual appropriation of days of development and reduction of working time (ARTT) whose allocation is provided for by the provisions of that same Article ;
-for personnel subject to any of the cyclical working arrangements, the principle of which is laid down in Article 113-33 of the General Rules of Employment of the National Police, by the amputation of an annual appropriation of ARTT vacations Whose allocation is provided for by the general instruction relating to the organisation of work in the national police force (active employees of the national police services);
-for staff subject to the mixed work arrangements Weekly/cyclical in force in the republican security companies, by amputation of one day of the annual appropriation of ARTT days, the allocation of which is also provided for by the provisions of Article 113-33 of the General Employment Regulation The national police.

Article 3


In the case of an amputation of the annual ARTT credit, the difference between the value ARTT day schedule deleted, function of the weekly hours of work performed in the assignment service (i.e., 8 h 06 for a 40 h 30 week plan, 7 h 48 for a weekly plan of 39 hours and 7 h 36 for a plan Weekly of 38 hours), and the 7-hour period is returned to the agent's hourly credit.
In the case of an amputation of the annual ARTT holiday credit, the difference between the hourly value of the ARTT shift is the same. Deleted (i.e. 8 h 21) and the same 7-hour period.

Article 4


For agents performing their part-time duties, The seven hours of work of the day of solidarity are prorated to their level of work.

Article 5


Are Carried out the provisions of the Directive for the year 2007 ' On the implementation in 2006 of the day of solidarity in the national police (excluding the SCTIP delegations) " Modified.

Article 6


Personnel serving in the internal security services at diplomatic missions abroad, as they report to Work set out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also, for the purposes of Article 6 of the abovementioned Act of 30 June 2004, of the scheme set up under this report by the Ministry.

Article 7


The Director General of the National Police and the Police Prefect shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
