Decree n ° 2003-1398 of 23 December 2003 amending Decree No. 95-154 of 15 February 1995 fixing the compensation system for technicians of cultural services and buildings of France

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Culture and Communication, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of the Environment
the light of Decree No. 95-154 of 15 February 1995 fixing the compensation system for technicians of cultural services and buildings in France,
Décrète:

Item 1
After item 2, an article 2 bis is inserted as follows:
" Art. 2 bis. -A coach allowance not subject to civil pension deductions may be awarded to the French Cultural Services and Buildings Technicians of the specialty "supervision and reception responsible for special responsibilities.
" This The premium, which has three rates, can only be attributed to 20 % of the employees in the body. The amount of the premium and the allocation arrangements shall be fixed by joint decree of the ministers responsible, respectively, of the culture, the budget and the public service. "

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Culture and Communication, and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning are: Responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which shall take effect on 1 January 2002 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
