The transfers, under the conditions laid down in Article L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, are approved with their Rights and obligations, of all the portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle Saint-Edme, of the Mutuelle de Romainville et environs, of the Interprofessional Mutual of Roissypole, known as MIRP, of the Mutuelle des agents de vente et de distribution de la presse dite La Presse Mutuelle, de la Mutuelle des Essarts-le-Roi, de la Mutuelle interprofessionnelle 95-088 et de la Mutuelle des surgeon dentists et leurs auxiliaries à la Mutuelle Inter-departmental.
