Clipping:
The fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Decree of 22 December 1975 is replaced by the following provisions:
" Having obtained, within five years of the accession to a rank of Gendarmerie, certificate of technical fitness.
A decree of the Minister of Defence shall lay down the programmes, the organisation of the training and the tests and the procedures for the issue of the certificate and the coefficients assigned to them. Different tests. "
I.-In Article 1 of the same decree, the words: "Ministry responsible for armies" are replaced by the words: "Ministry of Defence".
II. -In Article 3, the third subparagraph of Article 6, Articles 12, 15 and 16, the second subparagraph of Article 17 and Articles 18, 19, 21, 26, 29-2 and 29-3 of the same Decree, the words'Minister responsible for armies' shall be replaced by the words: ' Minister of Defence."
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the Reform of the State and Spatial Planning, and the Minister responsible for the budget and budgetary reform shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
