Order of 19 December 2002 approving an association for the purpose of exercising the rights granted to the civil party

The Seals Guard, Minister of Justice,
In the light of article 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No. 95-125 of 8 February 1995);
In view of article D. 1 of the Code of Procedure Criminal (Decree No. 95-932 of 17 August 1995, as amended by Decree No. 2002-223 of 20 February 2002);
In view of the application by the association called "145 Avenue Eiffel", whose head office is located in Chenôve (21300), 35, rue de Longvic;
Vu The application receipt issued on November 14, 2002,
Stop:

Article 1

The authorisation provided for in Article 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is granted to the association '145 Eiffel Avenue', Whose seat is located in Chenôve (21300), 35, rue de Longvic.

Item 2

The association shall provide annually to the Department of Justice, as from the publication of this Order:
-the list of members;
-a copy of the last minutes of the general meeting;
-a copy of the last accounting year.

Article 3

The Head of Access to Law and Justice and City Policy is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
