The State Council (inside section) heard,
Describes:
Participation in the expenses of meals provided to personnel under the authority of the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms or the Minister of Local Freedoms gives rise to Remuneration for services rendered.
The amount of remuneration referred to in Article 1 shall be proportionate to the service rendered. It takes into account, in particular, the special hardship inherent in the functions of the persons concerned. It is fixed by decree of the Minister for the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms.
The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Budget and Budget Reform, and the Minister Delegate to local freedoms are responsible, as far as they are concerned, for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
