Due to Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants;
Given the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 89-609 of 1 September 1989 as amended Bearing the specific statutes of the reeducation staff of the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-1377 of 31 December 2001 concerning the index classification of the reeducation staff of the hospital public service,
Stop:
The index scale applicable to the body of pedal pedologists, masseurs-physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychomotricians, speech therapists, orthopers and dieticians, as of 1 January 2002, shall be fixed in accordance with the table annexed to this Order.
The amended Order of September 1, 1989, relating to the indicial installment of the hospital public service re-education personnel is repealed.
The Director of the Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization at the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity are responsible. Each in respect of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
