Article 1 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 1. -This Decree shall apply to the nurses of the establishments referred to in Article 2 of the aforementioned Act of 9 January 1986, divided into four bodies, three bodies classified as Category A:
1 ° The body of operating theatre nurses ;
2 ° The body of the anesthetised nurses;
3 ° The body of the sericulators,
and a category B body, the nurses' body. "
I. Article 3 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 3. - The corps of nurses shall include, as of January 1, 2002, the grade of normal class nurse with eight levels and the higher grade six-level grade. "
II. - (a) In the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Decree of 30 November 1988 referred to above, the words'1 August 1994' shall be replaced by the words'1 January 2002'.
(b) The second paragraph of Article 5 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 is worded as follows: Follows:
" The proportion of nurses in the upper class compared to the total number of nurses is set as follows:
20 % as of January 1, 2002;
25 % as of January 1, 2003;
30 % as of January 1, 2003. 1 January 2004. "
III. -Article 6 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 6. - In the upper class, the average seniority giving access to the upper echelon is two years in the 1st and 2nd echelons, three years in the 3rd and 4th echelons and four years in the 5th echelon. "
I. Article 8 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 8. - The body of the operating theatre nurses includes, as of January 1, 2002, the grade of normal class operating room nurse with eight steps and the rank of senior surgical block nurse with seven Levels. "
II. -Article 9-I of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 9. - I.-In the normal class, the average seniority giving access to the upper echelon is one year in the 1st echelon, two years in the 2nd step, three years in the 3rd and 4th echelons and four years in the 5th, 6th and 7th echelons. "
III. - (a) In the first paragraph of Article 10 of the decree of 30 November 1988 referred to above, the words'1 August 1994' shall be replaced by the words'1 January 2002'.
(b) The second and third paragraphs of Article 10 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 Are deleted.
IV. -Article 11 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 11. - In the upper class, the average seniority giving access to the upper echelon is two years in the first three levels, three years in the 4th and 5th echelons and three and a half years in the 6th echelon. "
I. Article 13 of the above-mentioned Decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 13. - The anesthetised nurse's body shall include, as of January 1, 2002, the rank of a normal class anaesthetist nurse with eight steps and the rank of an upper-class anaesthetist nurse with seven steps. "
II. -Article 14-I of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 14-I.-In the normal class, the average seniority giving access to the upper echelon is one year in the 1st echelon, two years in the 2nd step, three years in the 3rd and 4th echelons and four years in the 5th, 6th and 7th echelons. "
III. -In the first paragraph of Article 15 of the Decree of 30 November 1988 referred to above, the words: "1 August 1994" are replaced by the words: "1 January 2002".
IV. -Article 16 of the above-mentioned Decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 16. - In the upper class, the average seniority giving access to the upper echelon is two years in the first three levels, three years in the 4th and 5th echelons and three and a half years in the 6th echelon. "
I. Article 18 of the above-mentioned Decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
" Art. 18. - The body of the periculators includes, as of January 1, 2002, the rank of the normal class periculator with eight echelons and the rank of the upper class periculator of seven echelons. "
II. -Article 19-I of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:

III. - (a) In the first paragraph of Article 20 of the Decree of 30 November 1988 referred to above, the words'1 August 1994' shall be replaced by the words'1 January 2002'.

IV. -Article 21 of the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988 reads as follows:
