The Human Resources Directorate of the General Secretariat of the Economic and Financial Departments organizes a professional review for the recruitment of senior economic and industry technicians for the 2016 year to the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Digital.
I. - Admission requirements
The professional examination is open to candidates who meet the following conditions:
- be a Category C official of economic and financial ministries;
- justify, as of January 1, 2016, eleven years of public services (I-3° of theArticle 9 of Decree No. 2012-984 of 22 August 2012 bearing special status of the body of the superior technicians of the economy and industry).
II. - Competition organization, nature and testing programme
An order of June 6, 2013 (OJ of June 15, 2013) sets out the terms and conditions for the organization, nature and program of the tests.
III - Date and place of testing
Written proof of eligibility will take place on Monday, April 4, 2016 in the Paris region.
The oral admission test will take place from Monday, June 6, 2016 in Paris.
IV. - Number of positions offered
The number of positions offered for this professional examination will be determined later.
V. - Registration
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the general secretariat of the economic and financial ministries is fixed on Thursday, February 11, 2016 until 6 p.m. (metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of confirmation of the registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the general secretariat of the economic and financial ministries is fixed on Thursday, February 25, 2016 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.

- The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number and a confidential code communicated to the candidate electronically and post as well as a pre-registration confirmation phase using these identifiers.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the data from their file until the closing deadline. Any change must be further confirmed, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be valid only.
Confirmation of registration for a competition or professional examination is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the professional examination will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.

Failure to comply with formalities and deadlines leads to the elimination of the candidate.
VI. - Record of recognition of professional experience (RAEP)

Only qualified candidates who are eligible for the written examination must submit this file.
RAEP files must be prepared on the basis of the form available online and must be submitted, completed in type form, signed and subject to the hierarchical authority, in six copies (1 original + 5 copies).
The deadline for sending (the stamp of the position in question) or filing the record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience (RAEP) to the competitions of the general secretariat of the economic and financial departments is Wednesday, May 18, 2016 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
