Having regard to Order No. 11-402 of 21 December 2011 of the prefect of the Rhône-Alpes region, prefect of the Rhône-Mediterranean department, prefect coordinator of the Rhone-Mediterranean basin stopping the preliminary assessment of the flood risks of the Rhone-Mediterranean basin;
Having regard to Order No. 12-282 of 12 December 2012 of the prefect of the Rhone-Alpes region, prefect of the Rhône-Mediterranean department, prefect coordinator of the Rhone-Mediterranean basin, stopping the list of territories at significant risk of flooding of the Rhone-Mediterranean basin;
Having regard to Decrees No. 13-416 bis of 20 December 2013, No. 14-166 of 1 August 2014 and Order No. 14-160 bis of 15 September 2014 of the prefect of the Rhône-Alpes region, prefect of the Rhône-Alpes department, prefect coordinator of the Rhone-Mediterranean basin stopping the maps of the flood surfaces and the maps of the flood risks for the territories at high risk of flooding

The flood risk management plan for the Rhone-Mediterranean Basin is approved and comes into force the day after the issuance of this Order in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The flood risk management plan for the Rhone-Mediterranean basin is available at the headquarters of the regional environmental management, development and housing of the Rhône-Alpes region, located 5 Jules-Ferry Square in Lyon, as well as on the website: http://www.rhone-mediterranee.eaufrance.fr/gestion/inondations/pgri.php.
Article 3
This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic, in a national broadcast newspaper and in one or more regional or local newspapers broadcast in the Rhône-Mediterranean basin.
The prefects of the region and department of the Rhone-Mediterranean Basin and the Regional Director of the Environment, Planning and Housing of the Rhône-Alpes Region, the delegate of the Rhone-Mediterranean Basin, are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order.
