Notice: This decree proceeds to the dissolution of the Chambers of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Lyon, Saint-Etienne Montbrison and Roanne-Loire Nord and to the concomitant creation of the Chamber of Commerce and Metropolitan Industry LYON METROPOLE - Saint-Etienne Roanne, in accordance with the master plan of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Rhône-Alpes region approved by ministerial decree of 11 December 2015.

Considering the deliberation of the North Roanne-Loire Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of 23 July 2015;
Considering the deliberation of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Lyon dated 14 September 2015;
Considering the deliberation of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Saint-Etienne Montbrison dated 23 November 2015;
In view of the master plan of the Rhône-Alpes Chamber of Commerce and Industry adopted by deliberation on 28 October 2015 and approved by ministerial order dated 11 December 2015,
Decrete:
It is created a chamber of commerce and metropolitan industry called the Chamber of Commerce and Industry LYON METROPOLE - Saint-Etienne Roanne, attached to the Rhône-Alpes Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its headquarters is located in Lyon.
The electoral district shall be composed of:
1. From the Loire department.
2. From the metropolis of Lyon and the following cantons and communes located in the department of the Rhone:
- the cantons of L'Arbresle, Brignais, Genas, Mornant, Saint-Symphorien-d'Ozon, Tarare and Vaugneray;
- of the communes of Chasselay, Les Chères, Civrieux-d'Azergues, Dommartin, Lentilly and Marcilly-d'Azergues, located in the canton of Anse;
- the communes of Bully and Saint-Germain-Nuelles, located in the canton of Bois-d'Oingt;
- of the communes of Amplepuis, Chénelette, Claveisolles, Cours-la-Ville, Cublize, Meaux-la-Montagne, Pont-Trambouze, Poule-les-Echarmeaux, Ranchal, Ronno, Saint-Bonnet-le-Troncy, Saint-Jean-la-Bussière, Saint-Nizier-d'Azergues,
A guardianship authority order sets out the list of members composing the board of commerce and metropolitan industry LYON METROPOLE - Saint-Etienne Roanne provisionally until the next general renewal, as well as the percentage of their votes.
The same decree also sets the place and date on which the members meet in order to elect the office of the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry LYON METROPOLE - Saint-Etienne Roanne.
Services managed by the local business and industry chambers of Lyon, Saint-Etienne Montbrison and Roanne-Loire Nord are supported by the LYON METROPOLE - Saint-Etienne Roanne Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Real estate and furniture, contracts, receivables as well as the rights and obligations of the Chambers of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Lyon, Saint-Etienne Montbrison and Roanne-Loire Nord are transferred to the Chamber of Commerce and Metropolitan Industry LYON METROPOLE - Saint-Etienne Roanne.
The terms and conditions of transfer are fixed by order of the guardianship authority.
Are repealed:
1. The decree of 28 July 1970 establishing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon, district of Lyon and Tarare.
2. The Royal Order of March 10, 1833 establishing a Chamber of Commerce in Saint-Etienne.
3. The Imperial Decree of 9 January 1864 establishing a Chamber of Commerce in Roanne and the Decree No. 2014-85 of 29 January 2014 changing the name of the Roannais Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry.
The provisions of this Order come into force on 1 January 2016.
The Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs and the Secretary of State for Trade, Crafts, Consumer Affairs and Social and Solidarity Economy are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
