Vu le Decree No. 2015-144 of 9 February 2015 establishing an interdepartmental national jurisdiction service known as the "Interdepartmental Centre for Human Resources Information Technology Services";
Having regard to the Decree of 23 December 2006 on the National Directorate of State Interventions, in its drafting resulting from the Order of 23 December 2014;
Having regard to the decision of 3 April 2008 on the organization of the General Directorate of Public Finance, in its drafting resulting from the decision of 7 November 2014;
In light of the amended decision of July 22, 2014, which ranks the positions of Chief Service Officers and Deputy Directors in the economic and financial departments,
Stop:
Section 1 of the above-mentioned Judgment of July 22, 2014 is amended as follows:
I.-I is thus amended:
1° The provisions of 1 shall be replaced by the following:
“1. General Secretariat
“(a) Chief of Service, Assistant to the Director of Human Resources;
“(b) Chief Financial and Real Estate Department »;
2° Paragraph I is supplemented by the following two paragraphs:
"9°-Centre interministeriel de services informatique relatifs aux ressources humains
"Chief of Service, Director."
II.-Le II is amended as follows:
1° Paragraph 6 is deleted;
2° Paragraphs 7 and 8, renumber as paragraphs 6 and 7.
Section 2 of the above-mentioned Judgment of July 22, 2014 is amended as follows:
I. - 4 of the I is supplemented by a sub-item:
“(g) Deputy Director, Director of National Competency Service “National Directorate of State Interventions””.
II. - The second is thus modified:
1° The 4 is supplemented by two sub-items:
"(r) Deputy Director “strategy and means of State real estate policy”;
"(s) Subdirector “managerial regulation, real estate and state management”;
2° After the 9, a paragraph 10 was added to read:
“10.” Interdepartmental Centre for Human Resources Information Technology Services
"subdirector, in charge of the Information Systems Department."
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
