Notice: This decree proceeds to the dissolution of the Chambers of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Eure and Alençon and to the concomitant creation of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry Portes de Normandie, in accordance with the master plans of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Lower Normandy and Upper Normandy region approved by ministerial decrees of 30 January 2014.

Having regard to the master plan of the Upper Normandy region adopted by deliberation on 6 June 2013 and approved by ministerial decree of 30 January 2014;
Having regard to the outline of the Basse-Normandie region adopted by deliberation on 7 June 2013 and approved by ministerial decree of 30 January 2014;
Considering the deliberation of the Alençon Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of 16 June 2014;
Considering the deliberation of the Eure Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of 24 June 2014,
Decrete:
It is created a Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry called the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry Portes de Normandie, attached to the Normandy Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its seat is located in Evreux.
The electoral district shall be composed of:
1° From the entire cantons of the department of Eure;
2° The following cantons, located in the department of Orne:
Aigle (L'), Alençon-1, Alençon-2, Bretoncelles, Ceton, Damigny, Mortagne-au-Perche, Radon, Rai, Sées and Tourover ;
Magny-le-Désert, except for the following communes: Avoine, Batilly, Boucé, Courbe (La), Ecouché, Fleuré, Goulet, Joué-du-Plain, Lande-de-Lougé (La), Loucé, Lougé-sur-Maire, Montgaroult, Rânes, Saint-Brice-sous-Rânes, Saint-Georges-d' and
3° The following communes, located in the department of Orne:
Avernes-sous-Exmes, Beauvain, Boischampré, Bourg-Saint-Léonard (Le), Chaumont, Cisai-Saint-Aubin, Cochère (La), Coulmer, Courménil, Couterne, Croisilles, Exmes, Fel, La Ferté-Macé, Fresnaie-Fayel (La), Gacé, Ginai, Lonlay-le-Tesson
An Order of the Guardianship Authority sets out the list of members composing the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry Portes de Normandie provisionally until the next general renewal, as well as the percentage of their votes.
The same order also sets out the place and date on which members meet to elect the office of the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry Portes de Normandie.
The services managed by the local Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Eure and Alençon are handled by the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry Portes de Normandie.
Real property and furniture, contracts, receivables, and the rights and obligations of the Chambers of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Eure and Alençon are transferred to the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry Portes de Normandie.
The terms and conditions of transfer are fixed by order of the guardianship authority.
Are repealed:
1° The decree of 9 September 1887 creating a Chamber of Commerce in Alençon;
2° The Decree of 23 July 1964 establishing the Eure Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The provisions of this Order come into force on 1 January 2016.
The Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs and the Secretary of State for Trade, Crafts, Consumer Affairs and Social and Solidarity Economy are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
